“I have to give a major shoutout to Donald Norton for providing one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Donald has genuinely changed my entire perspective on T-Mobile. There was a point when I wasn’t completely sure about staying with the company long-term, but the level of service, patience, professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care Donald has consistently shown completely changed that. He doesn’t make you feel like you’re just another customer or another transaction. He takes the time to listen, explain your options, answer questions, and make sure you actually understand what you’re getting. Most importantly, he makes you feel like your business is truly valued. Because of Donald, I’ve remained locked in with T-Mobile, and that says a lot. Great products and pricing are important, but having someone who builds trust and creates a great customer experience is what ultimately keeps people loyal to a company. Donald represents exactly what customer service should look like. T-Mobile is fortunate to have someone who understands that relationships and trust are just as important as making the sale. If you have the opportunity to work with Donald, you’re in great hands. 5 stars without hesitation!”

“My modem went bad because it was old. I went into the store to switch it out When a storm hit. They were still able to help me in the middle of a tornado. I had to go back the next day because there were still connectivity issues with the box They were able to connect it for me. I definitely recommend going into the store over calling anyone.”

“October 2026 As a financial services business, we move a lot of information across the internet. A reliable signal is vital to our mission and ACD has been stellar. Our use of the internet has evolved over the years and so have the internet service providers we have used. In the past we used two different internet service providers to insure we would always have a useable signal. About ten years ago ACD ran fiber optic cable through our town and we got on board. 1 gig of data both up and down was unheard of. We were skeptical at first but pleasantly surprised when we found we could operate with only one ISP as ACD proved they could deliver a reliable and consistent signal. We wouldn't be happier with their service and Tim Wilson has been great to work with. Thinking of switching to ACD? You won't be disappointed. “My mom and I stopped into the T mobile store today inquiring about a phone trade in. Quantez was the associate who helped us and he was amazing!! He was very knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the whole process. He answered all our questions, explained all our options available, and never made us feel pressured into buying something we didn’t want. He was also very personable and made the whole experience a very pleasant one! If you stop at this T mobile location, ask for his assistance! Thanks, Quantez!!”

“Way better experience with the lady at this store. Sanah, is BOMB! She got me together after visiting the store in FP (Waycross Rd). Adam was impatient, rude and gawky! He may know the products well, but it's not worth my peace. Sanah was very patient, thorough, and helpful. She handled the customer service like a pro and I never once felt like she was talking over me, unheard, dismissed, misunderstood, or harassed. Give this lady a raise!”

“I personally really loved google fi(and I still do) but I needed a new phone and man.. they threw a pitch I could not swing at haha. Aside from that though, the sales agent we spoke with was awesome, I have autism/pretty severe anxiety and I felt so comfortable and excited the whole process. Usually after committing to a big contract or repayment I get pretty uneasy feeling about it like I’m not fully sure if I wanted to do it but, yeah I’m sold. He was awesome, we got an awesome deal, I pay about the same for more now through Verizon, and then to top it off too. After I got home and went to set up my phone I did need a little help with customer service and wow, I never ever feel like I get good customer service when it comes to technical issues lol but Verizon was on it, personable, and fixed my issue very quick!! I’m sold on Verizon lol. The agent we had spoken with, his name was Kadison, get this man a raise!!!! 😂”

“I came in to return a modem after receiving a new one in the mail and I really appreciated how quickly they helped me and got my return sorted. It was 110% easier and less frustrating than interactions I've had with XFinity's call center.”

“I have had arialink for the two years I have lived in Fountain Place APartments and they have been awesome, the customer service is always so nice and if they can't solve it over the phone a tech is quick to come out. My internet is always super fast, and watching Netflix online through my PSP is great. I'm stoked that I can keep Arialink when I move to my new house!”

“We went to our local Verizon location after a crisis involving a broken phone. Needing a speedy replacement, I was able to add a line to my account and get a free Samsung S26. I also added internet and received a substantial gift card! Haley was *amazing*. Very friendly, kind, and professional. I got several compliments, although it could have been a sales tactic, the gesture shows good taste. Another very friendly young lady also assisted us, although I don’t recall her name. The manager was also very helpful! Staff is great. Fast service. 10/10.”

“We were greeted upon entering the store, and turned over to Isiah. He was courteous, informative, and actually listened to what our needs were. We left with a new phone, and are completely satisfied.”
