“Had a great experience with Hudson M at the T - Mobile store in Lansing Mall today. Having purchased a new phone elsewhere he was still able to do the transfer of old to new. That doesn't always happen at other carriers in my past experience. I'm not tech savvy -- Hudson was very patience & never talked over our heads. Explained as he went along so we understood what was happening. Great customer experience. Thank you Hudson. If looking for new carrier try T-Mobile & Hudson. Give them a chance. Glad I did.
