“I called in to have my Samsung washer looked at after another company said what is was doing was "Normal" its not normal. I called Home Electronics and they automatically knew what the issue was and ordered the parts right on the phone with me. Parts came in, they scheduled the repair, washer runs like a dream now and no longer sounds like its about to explode through the floor. Highley reccommmend Home Electronics. Our product iS out from under warranty however he was willing to talk us through the possible issues and what we should to fix them.. “Worked with Al, who was very professional and honest regarding my TV PCB. The fuse replacementI requested was completed quickly and cost was half of what I expected to pay. The board was bad and blew the new fuse.I deemed the year old tv was not worth the cost of a new board.”

“Absolute saints....all of them!! Way too long of a story for a review, but long story short I left a work power cord in Florida. Landed in Detroit. Arrived to Lansing at 7:58. Got to the store at 8:00 which is when they closed . They were literally shutting off the open sign when I walked up to the doors. I explained what was going on and they stayed open and were able to help me get a charger and saved my life.”

They spend the time with each customer to make sure they’re satisfied to the best of their abilities.Verizon’s corporate structure towards customer service has diminished over the years. But generally I’ve found the employees are still doing what they can to provide the best experience possible.”

We went in store today and everyone, from start to finish, was amazing and helpful! “I was just in this store and Morgan waited on me very outgoing person. She obviously spent a lot of time switching my service. I did not want to change my number however my former phone provider would not help at all. Morgan went above and beyond her job to help. There was another woman Paige that helped and even though we did not get to save my number Paige noticed how frustrating it was getting told me my options and I was out the door with great customer service. These girls have remarkable customer service and I'm a life long customer because of these 2 ladies.”
