Destenee was the BEST CSR. She gave me the best care in a frustrating situation.

A couple weeks ago I had to get a new phone and it wasn't charging in my car. I went in to the S. Penn store and spoke with Corey. He said that some phones just don't, but he comped me a new charger. The new phone still wouldn't charge, but I thought his customer service was awesome.
