I went to the website rented a unit. Got the entry codes by email all in under 10 minutes. I didn't have to go into an office or talk with anyone. It was all taken care of and any questions I had. I just called the customer service.

“This is a great storage unit rental facility. Mary, the manager, is wonderful to work with. Our unit was very clean when we rented it! She gave great recommendation on the best padlock to use for our unit door. We had a problem with door one time. Called Mary right away and dropped off the padlock key to her. Next day was a holiday but by early afternoon day after holiday Mary called and the door was fixed! Did I mention that Mary is a wonderful lady! The units are cheaper than the other storage unit behind Delta Self Storage! Their are cameras keeping and eye on everything! Very highly recommended Delta Self Storage!!”

“I picked up at this location, changed my date and time and called Michelle atleast 4 times. Our transport had a tire that blew but it had nothing to do with this location as they tried to do nothing but help me. I was exhausted after the trip and things did not go well and when I left my original feedback, I did it the day I returned and should've waited as my frustrations were conveyed in my feedback and misplaced. I would go back to this location, I would 100% recommend it to friends & family, and Michelle was without question the nicest, most knowledgeable GM of a uhaul.I have ever rented from. I apologize for the feedback I left originally and I thank you so very much for your help along our journey..”
“I thought the North Lansing, MI, UHaul location staff were very friendly and professional, the trailer was in perfect condition, and the staff made sure everything was hitched up correctly with all of the light checks. And the staff member who helped us check it back in on return was fantastic too. I felt very good about renting from this location and I would definitely recommend this UHaul location to friends and family.”
“Upon returning the vehicle the “key drop box” was a little difficult to find. There were stickers pointing to the right of the main entrance…so I walked to the right and noticed a sticker pointing back to the left. No where in between the stickers was the drop box. Another customer was returning a rental at the same time and was having the same issue. Besides that everything was great!!”
“Apt was at 0015 got her at 1600 parked and waited. Texted for door at 2100 finished unloading at 145. Dock door 160-180 I'm kinda tight if you don't get there first. Everything is scanned in so leave when you get the green light and they text you paperwork which is great because there no waiting for it. Helpful staff during check-in. Leave on door open when leaving. Plenty of overnight parking. No bathrooms so bring your pot😂”
