They are class acts who understand the hobby, provide fair deals, and take good care of the customer base. They are willing to work with you on trades and will try to get items they do not have. The shop has a cool vibe and is a super sweet little hangout, though it is noted there is no air conditioning. For retro gaming enthusiasts, it is the real deal, a top quality shop, and how a game store should run. Customers report they will definitely be coming back.
