“For everyone complaining... Lasership works just like other delivery companies, Shipt, Uber eats, Instacart... They are ALL private contractors and do it in their own vehicles on their own time per job posting. And oftentimes they don't have enough help because they don't post all your deliveries at one time is not known ahead of time especially with groceries and things like that people pick it up as they come in or as it's needed and when there's a lot of people ordering obviously there's not going to be enough of the drivers because usually these aren't their only jobs. Just like any other review said if you're in that big of a rush to get your item, you might want to consider going and getting it yourself, especially considering most people don't tip anyway.... And the drivers aren't going to exactly do anything special for no tip which is usually known well in advance... Hence it sitting and waiting. JS”
