No weather damage, and management communicates effectively.There has been evidence of mice, through droppings, but that is fully to be expected. There are drive-up units, and if someone believes that there is a way to prevent mice all together, you need more life experience.Like all storage unit locations, it is important to visit your unit occasionally. This allows the tenant to inspect the condition of the unit, and layout traps to prevent rodent issues.You have to remember: the tenant(s) are the only person(s) authorized to enter the units. If you don't check up on your stuff, who will?”
