“I have shopped Krogers in Lapeer for 23 years. Even though there have been many change within the last 3 year, the majority of the workers are friendly polite and helpful. Won't be making any changes to shop elsewhere.”
“Friendly, efficient, and helpful. This may be the most convenient location since it is located within the lapeer community mental health center. Go to your appointments and pick up your prescriptions. The staff is always in high spirits and will go out of their way to help you. They offer delivery and will put your prescriptions in blister packs if you are a forgetful type like me, that never remembers to take their medications. Also, they never really have a line to wait. I changed my pharmacy from Walgreens because of problems with them and don't regret it, and neither will you.”

“these people are literally angels omg. i was having issues with my medication from my pharmacy in detroit, but these guys walked me thru what i can do to get a last minute script and such. they even called several krogers within like a 50 mile radius to see if they had my specific meds. i literally was having so many issues with my medicine today and they were always so patient and helpful. always have had good experiences here and today was above and beyond. shout out cheryl and whoever the male pharmacist was today!! they are the reason i got my mess figured out!”

“I would rate it more but they are too expensive in todays economy. Yes there are deals to be had but why stop there and waste your time looking for them. They have a gas station on site, which is a positive and ussually are a cent cheaper than the meijers gas station across the street. I supose they are trying to attract customers to navigate through the worst parking lot I have ever seen. The gas station is inconvenient to get to. If I could afford to shop at krogers over walmart and meijers I would. The extra cost tacked on items help the employees get a decent wage. Really its too bad about the prices and I remember getting their whoo hoo deals on near expired items or inventory that they need to get rid of. I have not seen such deals in a long time. I give them a 4 for all the good they try to do. Im not taking away a star because I cant affkrd it but because of the inconvenience getting to their gas station. If you can afford it support the employees.”

“I know a lot of people are struggling with there experiences lately, especially since they took on Rite Aid patients. That said I've always gotten great care from the pharmacy and the store front is helpful when I need it.
Just a friendly reminder, a lot of the issues in pharmacy the staff doesn't control. Between Dr, Insurance and system they can often be as frustrated about it as you are. They are just people and have bad days too, try not to take it out on them.”

Switching my prescriptions was a breeze, Lapeer Pharmacy was able to do it seamlessly and have my prescriptions filled moments later. Also I love that you have a way more personal experience, and can have a private consultation with the pharmacist in a separate room. I wish this would have been available to me in the past !”
