“My package said that it was delivered and in my mail box but it wasn't there. I called clerk and she was able to track down package and had carrier go try and get it from where it was wrongfully delivered. I recieved my package the same day. Don't usually have issues with recieving my mail but when a mistake was made it was handled very quickly. Thanks”

“GOD BLESS JOHN (I think) I had special ordered an item for my grand baby and somehow was off by one number on the address making it unable to be delivered. When I called and talked to John he was able.to find my package correct the address and have it sent out the next day.
Did I mention I am in Desmoines, IA and she is in Bangor,MI.
