Unlike the large corporate pharmacies that don't know your name or answer a call with a recording, Armada Pharmacy has a personal touch not seen very many places these days. The staff couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating. If you haven't tried Armada Pharmacy, give them a try and I promise you won't be disappointed.”

The employee not only checked on my wife and kid but also provided a statement for police and we were fortunate it was all on camera as well so our insurance covered all the damages :) the Kroger's savings are great as well!”

“This is the best Kroger we've shopped. Sure, it's smaller. Sure, there's less options. But the store is always clean and neat, and the Click List experience is the best one we've had (compared to other locations, other stores like Meijer- terrible, and Shipt) they are fast, check expire dates, make good substitutions, and friendly. Great prices/sales too. And I can't forget about the discounted flower buckets! That's one of our favorite things about this store- no other places do that.”

“February 29, 2024 - "Thankful Thursday And Happy Leap Day!" Review # 464 I am updating my previous review from 6/24/2017 with 5 stars again. This location is 2 miles from another CVS store that I shop at but this one is larger and has a Drive-Thru Pharmacy. In the past I also used their drive up COVID testing back in 2019 and 2020 when it was offered which was very healthy convenient! Although My Prescription care coverage has changed to Rite-Aid I shop here when in the area up and down Romeo Plank or driving on 23 Mile Rd. for Reward Receipt Coupons with Care Pass! This location sells beer, wine and liquor and has a instant lottery machine up front near the check-out. There are Two Self- Scan machines to pay for merchandise in a quick Grab & Go busy way. The staff has improved and there's always one or two employees up front to assist at check out with coupons or other needed helpfulness. Did you know CVS Has over 9,800 Stores! This location has also changed their morning hours to 8:00 AM. Photo attached of hours for 7 days a week. This CVS has a Clearance section with markdowns and sometimes in the main entrance area too. Go to Henry Ford urgent care in Richmond for an illness and 95% of the time my script is ready before I leave their parking lot. Plus you get fuel rewards! What's not to like.”

“They usually have something I'm looking for on sale or clearance. When the other pharmacy across the street is out of stock of the meds I need, I come here and they can fill it without any problems. They are also a lot faster than the competition across the street. Pricing seems ok considering it isn't a grocery store. You will pay more for snacks and treats, etc than you would at a regular grocery store but that is to be expected, or at least it should be. The store itself is organized and clean. Everything is usually lined up and appealing to the eye. I could spend at least an hour browsing around. They also have the photo developing and the kiosk. The photos I had printed were good. They were of the same quality that you would get from any other place that allows you to submit photos and pick them up later.”
“These 5 stars are for my former cashiers, baggers, ACSMs and some managers.
As of 9am yesterday I am no longer an employee of this store, but I want to voice my opinion. Many customers complain about long waits in line, never any cashiers etc. I want to make it clear what you are unaware of. I was a cashier, worked a primary job & this my 2nd job. Did I love coming to work, my coworkers, my customers yes. Enjoyed many of my customers, created relationships and when seen outside of work a hug & a smile from them. We as cashiers are not the problem. Speak to the front end manager. Ask why she has such a turn around with employees, ask why baggers & cashiers like myself have left. Why she can’t keep employees and employees consistently transferring out of her department or leaving. Like myself 99% of ex employees will say her. Those with seniority ask her why they are always closing even though being told soon as we hire new you will get a better weekend schedule. Ask the employee who only wanted 24 hours gets scheduled 30+ hours in a week like myself where I already work a full time day job. Ask how we are treated, ask the ACSMs how they like being treated by her. How many employees she talked down to so bad they cried. Ask why she complained if we talked to each other when customers were not around, we were not allowed. Talked to like we are all below her. Ask other management how many of us complain about her to the point we leave because we can’t stand it anymore and they have done nothing. Ask about how questions about forest fires, plastic recycling, and hurricanes on an app were more important to do than getting on a register to help customer when the store was slammed during rush.I am a grown woman, I deserve to be treated as such and not like I am a child. As cashiers many of us are sick of the disrespect, the narcissistic manager, but we try daily to make sure you are all taken care of. Had something been done about her, her attitude, her lack of scheduling properly, I never would have left. You would probably see much happier employees in the front as well. Please give those baggers & cashiers grace, we all try our best. Those cashiers, baggers, acsms and some managers are the greatest people. They deserve to be treated as such since Kroger is failing us to make sure we are treated with respect by their front end manager.”

“I've been using this Pharmacy for about 8 years now, never really had any major problems biggest issue was some of my scripts are filled with the wrong gage or type of needle. The staff are always friendly. They can get pretty busy so expect a bit of a wait sometimes even in the drive thru. Consultation has helped me out with a couple medicine interaction questions over the years I can normally find what I need and it's rare to find it out of stock.”

The store has new carpeting throughout and the main center areas are for holiday items year round. There's also a clearance section with markdowns. The pharmacy is always busy when I'm passing up and down isles to shop. The self-serve Lottery Machine & ATM is located on the left by the entrance. Rose and Darlene are cheerful and very helpful employees at check out! There is also two Self-Scan check outs to use. Note: Photo attached of their new morning hours at 8:00 AM. This location does NOT have a Drive-Thru Pharmacy and I did notify Yelp! It is located on Romeo Plank at 21 Mile Rd. This CVS is still a busy frequent location for many residents nearby especially before picking up a LC Pizza next door! :-) There's also a United States Postal Mailbox in front of the building. *Did You Know CVS Has over 9,800 Stores! “Always fast and friendly. Every time I have a script sent over it’s ready the same day or the next at the latest. Yes the drive thru is slow which is why I never use it because I am capable of walking inside. They also use their own form of coupons which is always cheaper than GoodRx, but they will always look for the cheapest price for you even if you have insurance, they will let you know if it’s cheaper to not use it :)”
