“My 4th grade athlete has really enjoyed his time at ORS Performance Training! He is working to keep up with his growing body by focusing on agility and coordination. He is always excited to go and work out with Nick and Bryce and they keep the program interesting by adding in a lot of variety. He gets a ton of individual attention during his sessions as well. What I like best about the program is that he is learning healthy training techniques at an early age. He'll know his way around the weight room and he'll be able to apply this training to all of his future baseball, basketball, and football pursuits. I should also mention that the team at ORS has been super accommodating and understanding when we've had to reschedule due to sickness.”
