“Exceptional store. They will order what they don’t stock. I have not had to go elsewhere for any of my home or office projects. However, this still a small town feel, where you are greeted by upbeat, friendly folks. I love this place!”
“Recommended by the stained glass instructor at the Factory Two maker's space in Flint. They have a large selection of glass available, tools, completed projects for sale and offer classes. Definitely will be returning.”
“1. They actually beat home depot's price on 2 wood fence panels and all hardware by $40.
2. They delivered for $5 instead of homedepot's $75.
3. Friendly mom and pop service atmosphere as opposed to the corporate cattle herding at depot!!!”
“Huge shoutout to Dave for coming in clutch to make sure I was able to have my griddle in time for my 4th of July party! Only ACE I’ll shop at from here on!!!!!”
“Everyone is really helpful and friendly. It’s so much better than going to a big box store and spending a half an hour. Just trying to figure out what you need.”
“Definitely my go to place for plumbing supplies and fixtures. My rep Cody is the best In The Biz when it comes to knowledge and acquiring the right parts I need to complete a job. The difference going here compared to everywhere else is they actually care and strive to make us feel welcome. Glad to know these guys have our back in the field.”
“Great small town, friendly atmosphere with a great assortment of itemsEmployees very knowledgeable and helpfulLove going there because they treat me like family!”
“First time in a LONG time where I was helped with EVERYTHING I needed. Matt is an AMAZING employee! He is what every employee should use as an example. He approached my fiance and myself, asked how we were doing and if we needed help. He went all over the store with us to help us find everything we were looking for. In the past, we have walked through this store countless times with no help and no acknowledgement. Customer service is not what it used to be, but Matt definitely restored my faith in humanity (at least at Home Depot). GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!!”

“Legit best customer service I've had in my 17 years of living. Astronomical service. The young sexy lady I spoke to was named Gracie Lopez she gave me all the information I needed on finding a new toilet. The toilet fit my butt perfectly and I feel at peace when I do my business. Love home Depot lot gracie Lopez.”
“My wife and I recently bought a house that we are remodeling ourselves. We have made numerous trips to the Fenton Home Depot and have always had a great experience with helpful staff. However, Mike P. has stood out and we are so happy that he was there almost every single time we visited the store. From the very beginning he was so helpful and knowledgable with any questions we had. When it was time to place our large order, he was able to help us get a Home Depot credit card, thoroughly go through the order to ensure it was correct, and help ensure that we got the best price available. Chelsia was also fantastic and we appreciated her help greatly! Our awesome experience with Mike didn't end once we left the store. The next day he made sure to follow up and ensure the right size vehicle delivered our orders to the new house in a timely manner and that the products arrived undamaged. Thanks so much Mike and Chelsia!”

“Recently moved here and I really love this Ace Hardware. Somehow, they always seem to have 1 of whatever I need when no other store has it. Plus the staff is really helpful and friendly. Thanks everyone there for showing up and doing a great job.”
