“Jae and Jody are amazing!!! I came in for a tour and left feeling like family. Even if I don't move to Redwood Canton, I feel like I have gained two friends. The Canton community feels like home and the apartment homes are very nice and spacious. I like a different floor plan and that would be the only reason I don't move to this neighborhood. I wish Redwood offered similar floor plans at all locations because I really liked the Canton area and love Jae and Jody.”
“I have been here a few months and overall have good things to say about the complex. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed. Apartments are well soundproofed and I have never heard my neighbors (granted I chose a top floor unit so nobody would be walking overhead). The leasing staff are helpful and repairs are completed quickly. The grounds are fairly well maintained and clean. The location is nice and a reasonably short walk from downtown Plymouth and a short drive from just about anything you might need. There is plenty of parking for residents and guests.My main issue is something that the apartment complex has no control over but should be considered when looking at this place... there are train tracks nearby and CONSTANT train horns can be heard at all hours of the day and night, loud enough to wake you up (even with windows closed). The units are also priced aggressively high but not completely unreasonable for the amenities, market, and location. The gym has limited equipment and there is no pool.”
“Not sure of the name of the maintenance guy that came to my apartment today and yesterday, (4/22-4/23). Slim caucasian guy with blondish curly hair. Anyway, he was very nice and polite, and very professional. He did a great job! ?”
“It’s a great place to live, I have been here for a little over a year. The heat, water, AC works just fine in my apartment. I’ve NEVER seen any bugs in my apartment either. It’s easy to maintain as well.
You’ll be safe here, they take safety seriously.”
“Maple village of Southgate is a very nice place to live. The staff and maintenance workers are the most friendly people. They do all kinds of activities for the community thru out the year. Really glad I moved here.”
“Been living here at these apartments for about 5 years now and it’s been amazing! The employees are very helpful, maintenance does an awesome job at taking care of any problems. I would highly recommend that anybody would stay here if you’re looking for an apartment!”
“I’ve had a great experience here, and a big part of that is the staff. Kimmie in the leasing office is truly one of the kindest people I’ve met — I’ve even seen her go out of her way to help an elderly resident carry in groceries. Since she’s been in the office, the whole place has really improved.
Jeremy in maintenance is also amazing — very attentive and quick to get things done. The halls and entrances are always clean and well kept, which makes a big difference.
Overall, the care and effort from the team really shows.”

“I have lived here at Hines for well over a year, and it was the best choice I could have made. The apartments are very affordable, well structured, and very easy to personally maintain. Complimented with neighbors who are very respectful and comfortable to be in community with. This complex (especially the staff within the leasing office, and who maintain the buildings) has been nothing but helpful and accommodating to me ever since residing here. With this being my first apartment I was admittedly naive to a lot of things in regards to living in one, but any questions or concerns I have ever had were answered earnestly and honestly (and I usually have a lot of them). Even with new faces over the months they have only proved to be a welcome edition. Just a few weeks ago Faye out front helped me to figure out how I should go about the new year within the complex, and couldn’t have been more of a help. I can’t thank everyone at Hines enough, but I also cannot recommend a more quality place to live.”

“I've been a resident of Summit Creek for many years. The community is very quiet and peaceful and the property is well maintained. The leasing office staff is great - Sue is very pleasant and always helpful whenever I talk to her, as is the leasing manager Angie, she's the best - great at her job and very attentive to the needs of the residents. The maintenance staff is professional and they have always responded in a very timely manner to any requests and pay great attention to detail.
It's in a great location, and I love that I can have condo-style living without having to deal with maintaining a home on my own. If you're looking for a great place to live, look no further!”

“I recently lived at this apartment complex for a year. I enjoyed my experience. For me, i was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment with central air and an in-unit washer/dryer. I also liked, i didn't have neighbors above or below me. (which means i barely heard my neighbors)
I did have some maintenance issues but they were always handled promptly and professionally by Wendy and her team. Even with my moveout, they were very accommodating that really eased my stress with my move
However, i do have to mention some cons. Some parking lots fill up fast. So be aware about parking when choosing an apartment. Also, the units were built in the 1980s. So don't expect things to be in perfect order. However, from my experience the meadowwood team was always there to hear me out and fix the issues”
“We have been here for 10 months and we have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is kind and professional. Whenever there is an issue with the apartment they are right on it. We are so pleased being here. They are the best.”

“Super awesome place to live in, especially as a student. The apartment looks beautiful, the interior is great, and the gym has free weights! The best part, however, is the staff. They are incredibly easy to contact and are always a text or call away. Two folks in particular--Alexxis Locke and Angelo Johnson--go above and beyond. I locked myself out of my apartment on a weekend, and they had someone down here and ready to let me back in within minutes. Anytime I have a problem or something to discuss, I go down and chat with Alexxis. Fantastic employee who deserves every raise and promotion in the book!”

“When my cousin moved into her apartment, she received a brand new stove and shortly after that, she received a brand new dishwasher.Maintenance requests are addressed very quickly (one or two days after being reported).Since this is an older building, the walls are sturdy and practical soundproof.”
“Jessica in the office is awesome! The new management seems to be very involved and focused on resident satisfaction and care! Love having a storage in unit in building. They always respond to maintenance requests quickly and emergencies the same day! My AC went out and I had a new one the same day.”
“Great starter appt for me. I lived here all four years of my college career. The maintenance guy came either the day I called or the next day. The staff was nice. Great location...directly across the street from an mjr,(I watched so many matinees). And I did get my deposit back. Only missing a star because it needed some updates.”

Taylor and the team in the leasing office were incredible throughout the whole leasing process, from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure our move-in went smoothly and were always quick to respond. Moving into a new place can be stressful, but Taylor and the team made this as easy as possible. This is by far the best leasing experience and customer service I’ve seen in renting places!
The unit itself also is beautiful and has been recently updated.”

“It has been very convenient I love the area,but I don't like the small pencil belcony stick's holding the belcony.
It makes the foundation looks very bad and the entrance sign would have a better view if it wasn't leaning.
