My tire was totally flat and the self service air pump wasn't filling it, so even though the tire service was closed I asked the gentleman cleaning up inside for help and he was super nice about it even though he was closing and helped me with my flat. This place is great and the people are so helpful.

Waited more than 2 hours for just tire balance and rotation which was told to be done in 1hr. Why would they fake it.
