“To clarify, I'll give a 4.5 rather than a full 5. With that out of the way, this is the best storage unit that I found within 10 miles of me. Love how it looks, how we're treated, and the convenience of getting the space set up, moved into, and having 24/7 access. The units are expensive, but we found them justifiable to have full climate control and a cleaner environment.
Why the 4.5? When they helped to move things into the unit from our home, there was the most minor of cosmetic damage to a piece of furniture and our home. Easily patchable and a minor thing, but worth noting.”
“The customer service here is outstanding. This place truly went above and beyond when my mom needed help. Laurie was fantastic—flexible, attentive, and very helpful. Businesses like this and employees like Laurie deserve recognition, especially in a time when many companies make excuses for poor service.
The pricing is excellent, and they genuinely work with you to meet your needs. The grounds are kept very clean, and they offer complimentary water, coffee, and ice cream on hot days or when you're moving. They even have a truck available for your use.”
“makes moving so much easier especially with big elevators and dollie’s. i mean the reviews say it all, climate controlled, secured. one review said it was pricey but it’s not compared to surrounding places at least from what i’ve look up. plus i got my first 3 months halved bc i paid in full. chris is so nice. great”
“I just rented a unit at the Haggerty Road facility. Jeremy and Amanda are amazing. Jeremy knew his job inside and out. He is truly awesome! Amanda seemed to be learning but she was super conscientious with the paperwork. Access and departure codes worked like a breeze. I am extremely happy with My Place Storage.”
“If you are making a delivery or pick up, They have several suites and the same building, so look for the he correct suite number on the mandoors. Everyone here was polite and professional.”

“The workers here are really fantastic to work with! They rented me a storage unit after hours, and then change the storage unit to a different one, after hours as well! Very understanding really helpful just all around a good company.”
