“I can't thank the whole staff who worked January 15th enough. I was adding a line and bringing over my fiance to my account from AT&T. He was bringing his phone which caused a lot of issues. The staff there spent over two hours trying different options to be able to get the phone working. AT&T DIDNT make it easy. Call after call being on hold with multiple people from AT&T they stayed professional and helpful with ways to make it work. I've been with T-Mobile for close to 6 years and will continue because of the costumer service I experienced today and every time I need assistance.”
