Customers praise the great customer service, with staff being described as smiling, friendly, and providing quick and good service. The trucks are well-kept and clean, and the overall experience is smooth for both pick-up and drop-off. The business is highly recommended, particularly for small business owners who can count on the extraordinary service and support.
The trailer worked great for transporting our motorcycle. Easy to lead and tons of tie down locations. The gate pins were worn and we did strap the gate closed to lessen the amount to noise from the loose gate. The uhaul location provided great service during pickup and drop off.

The location is not the best but the people inside make up for that.

Great staff, very friendly. Quick and easy process renting a truck, in store and online. Have done business with this location over 20x and will continue moving forward. Also the convenience of being located on Hall Road and Schoenherr is ideal. Keep up the awesome work!!
