“We’ve been coming here for regular oil changes for about six months now, and the service has been consistently excellent. Loren is not only fast and efficient, but also incredibly kind and professional.
A couple of weeks ago, I had my oil changed, but then my car started showing an intermittent oil change light. I brought it back in, and Loren quickly diagnosed the issue—a faulty plug that caused a dripping leak. He fixed it, replaced the oil filter, and even changed the oil again, all at no charge.
As a woman who doesn’t know a lot about cars, I often worry about being taken advantage of at auto shops. But not here. Loren is honest, straightforward, and genuinely cares about his customers.

“Reguarding the bad review by arm guy. Before you do any alignment you must check all front end parts as worn parts prevent the alignment from working. So he was doing the correct thing to insure your dumb butt didn’t have to pay for an alignment that didn’t work because of worn front end parts! These guys are absolutely the best you can get in the repair business!”

“Monday, November 11, 2024 I am a first time customer. I was not getting heat from the vents on the passenger side of vehicle. I needed a heater flush and some other things. I didn't wait that long 2 hours and the cost to fix everything was very reasonable for me. This place was recommended to me by another business in Ferndale. I am very glad I brought my vehicle to Four Seasons Radiator. I plan on letting everyone I know to use them for any heater problems. I will be a returning customer. And let me say also the staff is friendly. You will be greeted as soon as you step through their front door. They get 5 stars from me. “From the owner Lee to his son Andy to the guy. That did the job when Midas wanted to charge me $1300 and given me a deal of a 100 off or 1200. But in reality they were screwing me over how they did with my old change the other day on 9 mile an arper. I want to put that out there come to these people here and they not only worked with me but out the door for my racket pinion. In front of an alignment combined together $700 out the door these people are top-notch. They take care of you. You want to talk about family? You come here”

They took the time to pre-wash/rinse our jeep longer than most and at the end spent even longer making sure our car was completely dry at the end. Our car was spotless, picture says it all.”

“6/20/2023: They offer a good basic car wash for $5. It looks like old equipment but they do a pre-scrub and a towel dry at the end so it comes out pretty good. The worse part about going here is trying to make the super sharp left turn to get in.”
“Let's talk about EXCEPTIONAL service and this location. I had a tire blow out on a very dangerous part of 1-75 in Detroit...Had no spare (newer vehicles don't...) Had a terrible time getting a tow to come to that area. It finally came. I called this location and it was a half hour before closing on a Saturday (BUSY day...) I explained my situation and experience with Manager Ryan and asked if he could stay open until the vehicle at least arrived with the tow. Tow arrived at closing. Ryan had his ENTIRE team stay waiting and ready and after a lengthy inspection and safety check REPAIRED the tire and would not take ANY payment (I tipped the tech's)...LEAST I could do. I only go to Belle Tire and always get great service, but this was FAR beyond what you would expect. It was a long day and everyone wanted to go home!....What a GREAT manager and crew.... Thank you again Ryan...You and your team ROCK!!”
