“Couldn’t ask for better service, the gentleman who greeted me up front was super kind and professional, and answered all questions that i had. They work very efficiently so i didn’t even have to wait long to have both my brake pads replaced, and they conveniently have a nice waiting room where you can watch TV and treat yourself to free coffee or water. I highly recommend this place, they are honest and won’t try to rip you off like most machanics.”

“I've been taking my cars here for the past 2 years and Marty and the team always do such a great job at taking care of any issue I've had. They've spent literally a week diagnosing my car in the past which seemed to have a transmission issue but turned out to be a loose grounding wire and didn't charge me an insane price for taking awhile to diagnose a weird issue. They also take great care when doing smaller things like oil changes and don't try to upcharge you on things you don't need. These guys deserve everyone's service and I can't recommend them enough”

“I typically don’t leave reviews but this experience was special. I had to get a car ASAP and went to Prime Time Auto to try my luck on one of their vehicles. I walked in at 9am when they opened. By 11:30am I had a good deal, including gap insurance and a great warranty. It was the very car I wanted, in great shape and very affordable. Mike and Melody worked their magic and made it happen without breaking a sweat. Very professional, great customer service, knowledgeable, did what they could on the down payment and met all of my needs in the process. These people deserve more exposure. “I brought my work truck to Best Auto Electric & Repair after dealing with weeks of frustration from another mechanic who wouldn’t return my calls or stand behind his work. The electrical issues were affecting my trailer lights, putting me in a bad position on the road, and I was tired of getting the runaround.
When I came here, the experience was completely different. Ali took the time to listen and understand exactly what was going on. He didn’t rush me or talk over me — he just paid attention and asked the right questions. His father and the other men in the shop were also very attentive and respectful. You can tell this is a family‑run business where everyone takes pride in the work and in how they treat people.
The shop had other vehicles ahead of mine, so I left the truck overnight, and they still had it repaired by the next day. That showed me they respect people’s time and run their business the right way.
They tore down the wiring, found the damaged section, repaired it, and made sure everything was working before I left. No upselling, no excuses — just honest work. My wife also felt safe and respected in the shop, which says a lot about the environment they’ve built.
After everything we went through with the previous mechanic, the relief of finally having the issue handled correctly was huge. We’ll be returning for some other repairs that another shop messed up, because we trust the work here. I appreciate the integrity, the honesty, and the quality of the service. I’d recommend Best Auto Electric & Repair to anyone who needs electrical work done right.”
