“Today I visited BJ’s and couldn’t get any of the electric shopping carts to work. I was obviously doing something wrong, but I didn’t know what. I became so frustrated because I can barely walk, so I grabbed a regular cart and started hobbling through the store.
I mentioned to a team member, whose name I believe is Latorria, that none of the electric carts were working and that it wasn’t good. She was in the middle of another task, so I assumed that was the end of it. Less than a minute later, to my surprise, Latorria came driving up in an electric cart she had found for me.
I immediately asked to speak with a manager. Ryan happened to be nearby, and I told him how grateful I was for Latorria’s kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to help me. Her compassion truly touched my heart, and I actually started to cry. So many people would have simply apologized and kept walking, but Latorria took the time to make sure I was taken care of.
Outstanding customer service like hers deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Latorria, for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care. You turned a very frustrating experience into one I’ll never forget.”
“Great gas prices, as all Sam's when compared with the regular local stations. Expect to wait in line for a while. The biggest drawback to this location is a free-for-all, uncontrolled access path to the pumps.”

“This little gas station was a nice place to stop they had cheap gas for the price of the gas at this time instead of paying five something for gas we ended up paying only 499 which was nice at the point in time we also got pop for next to nothing and it was down near Detroit very nice people thank you”
