Spent ample time helping us pick a mattress and was very knowledgeable about the choices and the good and bad, depending on sleeping styles, body types. She helped my parents select a mattress that was safe for them based on the measurements of their bedframe and my parent’s height, so they have a low risk of falling. She was cognizant of the bedroom door dimensions in case the box frame needed to come in splits, for example. The mattresses arrived in perfect condition.”
