“Took my Chevy Sonic to Sol's because it was generally misbehaving and I didn't know what the issue was. Henry worked to keep me informed while performing diagnostics and quickly figured out what the issues were. I was informed every step of the way and they worked so much faster than many other shops I've worked with in the past. Henry and his team went above and beyond to even get me a new key fob and program it. The pricing was super fair and lower than other local shops for similar services. My car runs beautifully now. Their hours are great, too. If you're a woman who has had experience with auto shops taking advantage of you, that won't happen here - I really felt like they cared about me and my safety as well as my budget. Yes, you'll pay a nominal fee for credit card use but those fees eat up already narrow margins for our small, locally owned businesses and I don't mind paying for the convenience of not needing to pull cash out to pay! I would much rather shop local and keep these small businesses open than see our community with only corporate options. Henry and the team at Sol's earned themselves a new pain in the butt (aka customer) for life!”

“I took my vehicle there to get service on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. my vehicle will not start I had a mechanic look at it who couldn't get it started and several AAA staff as well. By 12:00 p.m. I received a phone call that my vehicle was ready. I was completely shy because numerous people couldn't figure out the issue but they did. It was the longest two weeks that I felt like was an eternity without my vehicle. Thank you so much for the fast reliable and great service. “Late at night, my car broke down on the side of the road and I found myself in need of a tow -- never a good circumstance. I called this company and I’m glad someone answered right away and informed me exactly when help would arrive. The driver arrived on time and did the Car Towing procedure with care, making sure my vehicle was safely secured before leaving. I had to move the car to another city the next day and they helped arrange Long-Distance Hauling without making it complex. Everything was easy, and no hidden fees at the end. I loved that the driver even followed up with me throughout the ride to confirm drop-off arrangements. It is rare that you get a service that is good with communication and efficient. Overall it took a stressful break down and made it manageable. If I needed towing or hauling services in the future I would absolutely hire them again.”

I’ve spoken w people in their office in Birmingham and retrieved my vehicle from auburn hills. They’re honestly the sweetest ?? they made feel like family and the nice lady I spoke with even gave me some info to help repair my tail light! Idk they made me feel like I was more than just a person and it means a lot knowing how many horror stories come from tow companies ? thank you guys for making this process of getting my car back straight forward and super easy! ALSO they’re cheap! Their fees aren’t bad at all”
“My car situation has been stressful all around. I don't mean to sound melodramatic, but even this final tow was stressing me out. Until I called Monaghan's. The nicest lady answered the phone, commiserated over the loss of my beloved car, and promptly walked me through the tow booking.
I told them no rush - the car is going to its final destination, but they picked it up from the garage and had it to its final destination in about an hour. The kind driver deposited the vehicle professionally and right where I wanted it.
I'm hoping with my new car I will not need another tow anytime soon, but I do have their business card just in case.”
