βI recently brought my vehicle into Madison Muffler after struggling to fix a corroded exhaust flange myself. The bolts were completely seized, and I just didnβt have the tools to get the job done. Thankfully, Dave and his crew stepped in and took care of everything, removing the stubborn bolts, installing a new gasket and hardware, and getting my car back to running quiet and smooth.
Dave even took the time to explain that this is a common issue with Chevy and GMC models, which gave me peace of mind. I really appreciated the honesty, efficiency, and professionalism from start to finish. Huge thanks to Dave and the team at Madison Muffler, highly recommend!β

βI had some wide body fenders installed and painted on my 03 Z06 and it came out amazing! The paint job matched the car perfectly with the blending that was done for the other panels and the fitment looks factory. Dave and Brian were great to work with, they made sure I was informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure everything I wanted was done. βWeβve been coming here for regular oil changes for about six months now, and the service has been consistently excellent. Loren is not only fast and efficient, but also incredibly kind and professional.
A couple of weeks ago, I had my oil changed, but then my car started showing an intermittent oil change light. I brought it back in, and Loren quickly diagnosed the issueβa faulty plug that caused a dripping leak. He fixed it, replaced the oil filter, and even changed the oil again, all at no charge.
As a woman who doesnβt know a lot about cars, I often worry about being taken advantage of at auto shops. But not here. Loren is honest, straightforward, and genuinely cares about his customers.

βSteve, the manager, was incredibly nice and easy to work with. I had an older vehicle that ended up having transmission problems and other smaller issues after they ran diagnostics. They sent a link to my cell phone with pictures of my car and their diagnosis. I've never been to a shop who utilized technology in that manner, so props to Wear Master. I couldn't justify replacing the transmission, so I had to scrap the vehicle. I was prepared to pay for the diagnostics, but Steve told me not to worry about it. I will definitely bring my new vehicle back to this shop for maintenance. Thanks again for a smooth and pleasant experience.β

βReguarding the bad review by arm guy. Before you do any alignment you must check all front end parts as worn parts prevent the alignment from working. So he was doing the correct thing to insure your dumb butt didnβt have to pay for an alignment that didnβt work because of worn front end parts! These guys are absolutely the best you can get in the repair business!β

But in reality they were screwing me over how they did with my old change the other day on 9 mile an arper. I want to put that out there come to these people here and they not only worked with me but out the door for my racket pinion. They took the time to pre-wash/rinse our jeep longer than most and at the end spent even longer making sure our car was completely dry at the end. Our car was spotless, picture says it all.β

β6/20/2023: They offer a good basic car wash for $5. It looks like old equipment but they do a pre-scrub and a towel dry at the end so it comes out pretty good. The worse part about going here is trying to make the super sharp left turn to get in.β
βLet's talk about EXCEPTIONAL service and this location. I had a tire blow out on a very dangerous part of 1-75 in Detroit...Had no spare (newer vehicles don't...) Had a terrible time getting a tow to come to that area. It finally came. I called this location and it was a half hour before closing on a Saturday (BUSY day...) I explained my situation and experience with Manager Ryan and asked if he could stay open until the vehicle at least arrived with the tow. Tow arrived at closing. Ryan had his ENTIRE team stay waiting and ready and after a lengthy inspection and safety check REPAIRED the tire and would not take ANY payment (I tipped the tech's)...LEAST I could do. I only go to Belle Tire and always get great service, but this was FAR beyond what you would expect. It was a long day and everyone wanted to go home!....What a GREAT manager and crew.... Thank you again Ryan...You and your team ROCK!!β
