I've gotten oil changes, tire rotations, service checks, battery changes, and recall fixes on my truck all throughout multiple visits and have no complaints. They are quick to get you scheduled, and stick to your appointment times. I've never felt like they've tried to up-sell me a product because I am a female, which I have experienced at a couple other dealerships. Any time there were unexpected costs, they made sure to check with me before performing the work. I've never waited more than an hour between check in and my truck being ready to go.
