“Your technician was excellent in helping me. For that I will rate him 5 stars. But your IA Samantha is not what I would call efficient in the performance of scheduling appointments. Its unfortunate not to be able to talk to a real person. Its not cost effective. Ive been a long time customer of Sears and the protection service agreements but dealing with Samantha is most frustrating and that's being nice.”
