Their signature Bahama Waffles are, hands down, the best breakfast ever. It truly feels like a vacation treat. The whole experience is consistently excellent: the food is amazing, the service is provided by friendly and attentive servers, and the decor is fun. Even if there's a line, the tables turn over quickly, and it is well worth the short wait.

221 E Parkdale Ave, ManisteeHusband and I camping by the Casino decided to try Big Al’s restaurant, not 15 min away, called order in for 2 sub sandwiches. This place has been serving the public for over 50 years and has a cult following from the locals. Plenty of parking, has a deck with picnic tables with umbrellas to dine outside, or dine inside. Large menu with many food choices to choose from. They do a great carry out business, they have lots of employees working to keep the orders filled. Our phone in order was waiting for us, prices so reasonable. Our sandwiches turned out to be just delicious, plenty of meat and cheese, fresh veggies and the bread was fresh and yummy. Give this place a try, we will be reordering again, soon!! Debbie

312 River St, ManisteeBeautiful restaurant- would be lovely for an event. We sat on the patio overlooking the Manistee River with our dog. Service lovely. Salmon deviled eggs were decadent. Lunch menu delicious. Definitely will come back for dinner and would like to try everything on the menu!

736 Paws Trail, ManisteeWe are currently fostering an older dog that wasn't neutered and had problem teeth. The director set him up with Baker College to do the neutering and extract the bad teeth. He seems more comfortable now. They genuinely care about the animals they take in. Soon we will complete the adoption.
