Broomstack Kitchen and Taphouse

172 West Burdickville Road, Maple City

This is a solid choice for a good burger and beer in the area. We were seated quickly, order taken, and food delivered within ten minutes. Brussel sprouts app was crunchy and flavorful. My Spartan burger was cooked to perfection and the sauce was delicious. Hubbie thought his chicken sandwich was one of the best hed had, juicy, crunchy breading and fresh toppings. I upgraded to the fries which were also hot and crunchy with that perfect soft middle. The decor is cute schoolhouse. Most tables were full in a Wednesday night. We're camping in the area and happened to be passing through and decided to skip fiddling with the camp stove tonight.
