“11-27, Wife and I were heading up north to go Deer hunting. Just north of Cadillac the serpentine belt and idle pulley broke on our 07 Ram. We limped into Manton at 5 am. When Thirlbys opened I was hoping they had the parts. Fortunately they did,and a wrench to change the idle pulley. Many thanks to the salesman at Thirlbys, he went above and beyond to get us back on the road.”

“What can I say? I could go on for hours and still not tell you how great we were treated here! We had a trailer that was involved in a hit-and-run while we were driving across Michigan. We lost the complete left side of our dolly - tire, rim and brakes. It was midnight, and I looked these gentlemen up on Google. I was able to get the trailer towed at three in the morning and dropped off in front of their station. Left a message on their answering machine and they called me the next morning to tell me that parts are on order And he’ll keep me up-to-date. It took 24 hours to get the parts in. It was ready the next day. They also went above and beyond and replaced broken lights, repaired the broken fender and even painted it. Then when we picked it up Steve helped hook up the trailer to the RV, and even checked the battery on the RV. Like I said I could go on and on and never say enough about this location. Thank you for helping us get back on the road again!!!”

“I was stuck in the entrance to Mitchell State Park, in Cadillac Michigan on a Sunday afternoon. Mel was able to diagnose the problem and have my vehicle running, a class A diesel motorhome, in less than an hour. I ordered the part we needed, and he came back to the campground to install it a few days later.
