“I purchased a vehicle and was told it was going to need a complete transmission rebuild and control pack from the first shop I went to. I called BC transmission after googling shops in the area and the owner took the time to ask questions and explain common things to go wrong on this transmission which may not require a rebuild. I took my car to BC transmission and to my shock, the owner diagnosed a partially collapsed filter. A filter and fluid change, I have been driving the car since without issue. The shop literally saved my thousands of dollars. It pays to get a second opinion and I really appreciate that he honesty of this owner. I will be taking all of my vehicles to him going forward whether it needs a rebuild or not. Highly recommend!”
