We did and they told us they were at least 2-3 weeks out to schedule a repair, but then spent 20 minutes with us on the phone, trying to diagnose the issue. They helped us (without taking payment) find a shop that could do a small fix that helped us limp home. What an incredible shop and a great group of people. Highly recommended.”
