“I can’t say enough great things about the employees here!! Our vehicle broke down in the parking lot and they offered us cold waters and allowed us to leave our car for two days until we could have it towed… when we came with a tow dolly to pick it up, one of the employees plus an awesome customer helped us push it onto the dolly!! “My right rear break caliper went out, I called every shop around Marquette and Quality Car Care was the first shop that could fit me in, they have such kind staff and they are an amazing automotive shop to work with. I was worried initially because I am a woman that they wouldn’t treat me fairly or talk down to me, however they believed me when I told them what was wrong with the car and gave me a very fair price to fix it. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!! Just an amazing shop :)”
“Outstanding service! Lafayette collision center completed the service on my vehicle sooner than expected. All the staff are friendly and helpful with answering my questions. They are reasonably priced and there wasn’t a wait in the office for help. It did take some time for scheduling, because they’re so busy. It was worth the wait though. Their office is so clean and smells great too. My car is back to her usual self 😁 thank you LaFayette!”

“They were able to complete the work on my car quickly and you would never know it was in an accident. My vehicle is 36 years old and they were still able to restore it even without being able to find replacement body panels (they don't exist anymore lol). Highly recommend them. I started the claim with my insurance company but they found more damage once I dropped the vehicle off to get repaired. They handled getting all of the repairs approved and even found replacement parts that are on national back order so I could get my vehicle back asap.”
