Unfortunately when I tried to call back about a question I had the Safelite computer system keeps saying to check the web site for an appointment or questions and hangs up. How does one ask a question if the automated system will not let one talk to someone?”

That's enough for a four star for me but that was only the start. They also fixed the turn signal on the other side of the truck and detailed the inside.
