Car Rental in Marquette, MI

“Not a big "leave a review" person, but man was I impressed with our recent car rental experience at Detroit Airport. We entered the rental center on the day before Thanksgiving and there were people handing out water, smiling, people at the ready to get us in our car and on our way. THE most efficient rental car check in I have ever experienced and we travel monthly. The manager was there greeting everyone as they entered. Once we did the necessary paperwork, an associate walked with us to the vehicle and loaded our luggage for us. Unreal. We talked about it as we drove to our Air bnb and joked that it would probably be the last time we get that sort of treatment... well... we were wrong. We arrived to return the vehicle on the busiest travel day, the Sunday after Thanksgiving, and we had the EXACT same experience. Incredible customer service. Everyone from the guy checking us in to the person inside to the shuttle driver... outstanding. There were MANY people we interacted with but I only got Adam's card.. so he is the one getting mentioned.. But WOW.. hats off Enterprise. I will never look elsewhere for my car rental.Five stars start to finish”
