“Took my dog in for a grooming appointment today with Kathy R. My dog is not very social and sometimes doesn’t have the best reactions around people/animals she is unfamiliar with, causing me anxiety about bringing her anywhere. It’s been quite some time since my girl has been groomed and was way overdue for nail trimmings especially. I have unsuccessfully attempted to do it myself, more times than I can count. Kathy was absolutely amazing with my dog. From the moment we got there, she was so kind and patient with her. She kept me updated on how she (my dog) was doing throughout the visit which I very much appreciated. My dog came back super fresh and clean with beautifully finished nails. 11/10 would recommend Kathy R!

I’ll also mention that Kella (this name may be incorrect, and my apologies if so, but she’s the trainer there) was super friendly and provided me all kinds of information on their training classes. I may take advantage on some upcoming deals for those as well!”
