“I traded in my 2010 f150 for a Buick because I couldn’t fit a infant car seat in my truck. No more than got the car home and a brake line broke because it was rusted. Of course it happened on a Saturday, so I called Jim first thing on Monday. I wasn’t able to drive the car at all because the brakes were completely gone so Jim came and picked it up from my house with his trailer and fixed the brake lines for me within a day! Even though I had signed a “as is” purchase agreement. Thank you Jim for being honest and making it right. Appreciate it!”
