“It sucks when you go to Best Buy and you know more than the people trying to sell you the item you want. But when they are straight up liars, it’s a lot worse.
I needed a laptop. Not a gaming one, or a Chromebook, just a mid grade(upgradable) laptop. Was immediately taken directly to gaming systems, and told the one I wanted wasn’t upgradable. The one I wanted IS upgradable(I researched it beforehand).
I give 4 stars because I left with what I wanted, but it took some “shaking up” to get it.”
