Went above and beyond to my questions/doubts.Tepperman can make deliveries at least free for customer buying more that $5k. Competitors are providing better offers with free delivery and providing TVs as give away for any purchase more than $3k.. They are loosing customers from this perspective.”

“This store is awesome! It’s busy and the employees are good at taking care of multiple customers at one time. Sam with the dark beard is very knowledgeable and helped me out getting my old iPhone 7 upgraded and all my info transferred over to the 15 pro max I got. My wife and I were able to go out to dinner while he got all my stuff setup for me and double checked it was all working and good to go before we left the store! Highly recommend this location, they’ll help you out even if you don’t purchase anything.”

“Recently needed to return a defective TV to the Sarnia store. After dealing with the tv manufacturer's service persons I was expecting the same frustration at the store. This was not the case. The service desk was very professional and courteous. They got my claim processed quickly and even helped me with purchasing the replacement tv. Then they carried it out for me. If you do your due diligence before heading to the store your visit will go much smoother. Thank You to the ladies at the service desk!”
