“We recently have multiple transactions with Troy in the St. Clair store: plan upgrade, two new cellphones, and a home phone system. The home phone system was for an older person and was a transfer from another carrier. Troy was excellent: patient, diligent, and totally customer focused. He guided us through all and was skillful in answering our many questions. Troy is a gem.”
