“This store is awesome! It’s busy and the employees are good at taking care of multiple customers at one time. Sam with the dark beard is very knowledgeable and helped me out getting my old iPhone 7 upgraded and all my info transferred over to the 15 pro max I got. My wife and I were able to go out to dinner while he got all my stuff setup for me and double checked it was all working and good to go before we left the store! Highly recommend this location, they’ll help you out even if you don’t purchase anything.”

“I desperately needed a new screen for my iPad.I found the Cell Tech kiosk in Lambton Mall on London Rd. in Sarnia. They are near the Garage clothing store. Wow. These guys are so knowledgeable and professional. Very friendly. Very good at what they do. I highly recommend them for your repairs and accessories for cell phone, tablets etc. I bought a protector for my iPad as well. Good prices, warranty. I sincerely like these guys. “Blair at Telus in Lambton Mall was fantastic. He let me know about a discount offer due to my place of work that my original provider Koodo did not have. I was able to get a better phone (Samsung S23) than I originally thought for the same price and plan. While waiting for my turn, I also got to observe Blair assist a senior (aged 90) with his new phone, and he was so patient and spoke clearly for him to follow along. I also got one-time discounts at Cell City as a new Telus customer for a charging block, case, and screen protector purchase. I was impressed with the service I received and saw from Telus, and I think I will be in good hands moving forward.”
