“The workers are polite and seem to enjoy their job. They are willing to help out with any questions that you're wondering about.( MAKE SURE YOU ARE WATCHUNG AND PAYING ATTENTION TO THE PERSON GUIDING YOU UP YOU DONT WANT TO MISS THE GUIDING RAILS.) THE vacuums are free of charge if you get a car wash. They do accept tips. They are giving you a service. What did Oprah say minimum 20%. They don't charge for the interior wipes or air freshener. The little tree ones cost me 2$ at the store. I thought that was fair. I got the red wash the first time. Will let ya know when I go back. (Definitely a return customer) I think I am going to try the gold, at least. Maybe the ones with the ceramic coating stuff”
“We were highly impressed with our service on 11/1/25. They had one single service staff (Joe) who was very efficient, friendly and professional. He gracefully bounced from bay to bay servicing our vehicle and another without batting an eye. Great experience, and major kudos to Joe!!”

“Got change from the office. They were very friendly and helpful. The car wash is ok, only 2 bays working. Definitely lacks a few features that are pretty standard at most car washes like a wheel and tire cleaner.
All in all it's an ok car way and I was able to wash my large van. The friendly staff in the office earned a few of the stars!”
“Absolutely lovely, non-threatening, friendly, and not scary. I say that because I came in 5 minutes before they close and I'm very used to where I'm from for people to be quite angry at me and refuse service..... But they were very nice and the car wash lasted 5 minutes. I did the premiere shiner package that included some rust protection and undercarriage wash (I got the shiner package coupon from church).
At the very end when the car finishes going through the machine, someone will come out and manually dry off your windows and mirrors with a cloth. Love the experience, and thank you for not being mean to me before closing! Makes me go outside more, LOL”

“I was impressed. The pressure was what you'd expect and I was ecstatic to see a credit card reader.
I don't know how many different car washes people use or try, but I can assure you, that a lot of them are a very disappointing or frustrating experience.
I live in Haslett and car washes around Haslett and Okemos are almost non-existent.
In the East Lansing area, the ones that remain open are the same awful and it's a big gamble if the spray is very strong or if a lane I'd even working. Plus none of the ones I've tried have, what the world has moved to quite some time ago: A Credit Card reader. Pretty sad honestly that they have refused to join the movement that started a decade ago. No one carries cash.
Big kudos to you for making it easier to wash a vehicle, without having cash.”
