“Mason T-Mobile was the best customer experience I’ve ever had. I was porting my numbers from Verizon to T-Mobile cause my service with Verizon sucked. I was even talked into dropping my $200 WoW bill for $30 home internet because I got voice lines with my internet, and they also paid my cancellation fee with WoW. I came in and was instantly Greeted, was even offered a glass of reverse osmosis water by the manager with the great mustache. I was working with someone name Omar surprisingly was the only other Omar I’ve met in my life living in Mason my whole life. I was hooked completely up, T-Mobile bought me outta my contract with Verizon and I got to keep my phone. Very polite and professional made my t-mobile experience porting over seamless as possible. 10/10 will be coming back.”

“I was just in this store and Morgan waited on me very outgoing person. She obviously spent a lot of time switching my service. I did not want to change my number however my former phone provider would not help at all. Morgan went above and beyond her job to help. There was another woman Paige that helped and even though we did not get to save my number Paige noticed how frustrating it was getting told me my options and I was out the door with great customer service. These girls have remarkable customer service and I'm a life long customer because of these 2 ladies.”

Unfortunately I moved and no longer had service and to had switch. But Mallory worked really hard to get a refund for my phone's so I can go through a different company. I will miss metro and the wonderful employees at this store”

“No longer open from 7 PM to 7 AM lol, or from 7 AM to 11 PM they are open 24 hours. This is a good for teenagers during the day as a hang out because it is close to the schools, it is a good place to meet up with friends, and you might find local law-enforcement in the parking lot because of the quality employees and location. The staff are friendly and the prices aren't not too bad for a convenience store.”

“It is a beautiful store and the staff are nice. It is located near my residence on Okemos Road. It is suitable for quick visits as it has some important products. I visit it more than once a week:It has many free parking spaces and parking for people with disabilities.”

“I went for a passport photo. Didn’t know what to expect but the lady put me at ease with humor right away. She clearly does this a lot and walked me right through it. Lots of customers that day, so I got the final product after about 10 minutes. However, the earthiness and humor of the lady saved the day. Still smiling. I would go back.”
