Omar went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal, helping me switch from an overpriced Verizon plan. Not only did he save me money, but he also sweetened the deal by throwing in a free watch with cheap service when I purchased a phone that day. Kudos to Omar and the T-Mobile team for their excellent customer service and great deals! Highly recommend.”

“My modem went bad because it was old. I went into the store to switch it out When a storm hit. They were still able to help me in the middle of a tornado. I had to go back the next day because there were still connectivity issues with the box They were able to connect it for me. I definitely recommend going into the store over calling anyone.”
