She said our mail carrier was a sub and she would call her, however Christina went above and beyond and delivered my package herself to the right apartment. Thank you Christina!”

The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful (which is especially appreciated as someone in their early 20's who has never needed to buy even a stamp before). “I wanted to give a shout out to Sheldeen (Drake Rd) and Jason (distribution facility in Oshtemo). I went online and requested for a package to be diverted to the post office for pick up rather than delivered to my house. I went to pick it up and it never went to the post office and was still at the distribution facility. Sheldeen called over there and Jason (a supervisor) drove it over to the Drake Rd office. I appreciated their excellent customer service.”

“I come to this post office location several times a month for work and they are always very helpful. If I have questions about the best way to ship something they are more than willing to help also if I forget to tape a box they always have some tape to finish it up overall great experience every time I come in!!!!”
