“Lloyd was great at getting our move scheduled . The movers were able to come much earlier than planned, which was good. They were quick and courteous and were careful with wrapping and loading The furniture. They even made another round trip back to get more items that were missed. (My bad in forgetting to point them out). Both Ty and Gerry were very nice very respectful. There was one small incident with our washer, but hoping to resolve easily. I would recommend Ultimate Movers.”

“This is a small family owned business and the owners were a pleasure to deal with and worked to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. The unit was clean and relatively inexpensive. Be aware though that the body shop that sits in front of the entrance frequently has vehicles sitting in a manner that partially obstruct the entrance and prevents anything much larger than a full-size pick-up from entering.”

“Update 9/14/16 So glad to change my review after hearing personally from the new owner. As we talked and I explained I had written this review in the heat of a bad moment while at my unit; things had looked so sad. Not knowing the former owner was responsible for the disrepair; I was pleased that the new one was concerned enough to call me and let me know all the wonderful new updates he has made. He is very excited about the facility and I wished him well. I give him 5 stars for the excitement and future plans. Very nice man. I have been a long time renter for personal storage and have also used this facility for business storage, at one time using 3 units. I like the environmentally controlled units which also had an irritatingly noisy pest control but it worked. Never had any critters. That was when it was under a different owner/management. Yesterday, we went to our storage unit to remove some items and just check in on things since we had not been there over the winter. I was very unhappy with the state of disrepair in the parking lot; one of the exterior doors was not locking properly giving me concern about security; no lights came on upon entry and only by accident discovered the lights are motion detectors... but only if you enter through a different door. In my opinion, the place looks like an abandoned property. No one is on site to talk to. I did call and speak to someone about security concerns and explain I found evidence of critter encroachment in my unit. While assured that someone would be dispatched to check things out, I was not very confident in any speedy solution. Probably will not keep my unit there and will not recommend this place to any friends unless there is major remedial action soon.”

“I have moved several times and used several moving companies. This was the first time I used Two Men and a truck. Setting up the move was super simple. There was good communication and they made sure that I would have everything I needed. The day of the move went super smooth. The movers, Drake, Lonnie, and Austin wasted no time moving things. These men worked well together. They made sure everything was moved AND that it was put in the correct place at the new house. There was no damage to the house or my items. (Not even a scratch.) They exceeded my expectations and were the best movers I have used. Hope to not move again, but if I did, they would be my first call.”
