“We had a vehicle break down approx 60 miles from home, so we rented a flat bed car hauler to go and retrieve the vehicle. Staff was helpful, friendly and helped us hook up, get the lights working and head in down the road. The trailer worked perfectly! It has built-in straps to anchor the car (but we added more). Note: the vehicle your towing sites far up on the trailer, so due to the weight of the engine it increases your tongue weight. We had a full size older Excursion and it squatted the vehicle quite a bit. But it pulled well and got is home with no incidents.”

“I took my driving exam today here and even though I unfortunately ended up not passing, my instructor (mark or marc i believe? sorry, I don't know the spelling, I've only heard someone say his name in person!) was very kind and encouraging to me throughout the process. I was incredibly nervous because I have pretty bad testing anxiety amongst other things and I probably should have tried harder to keep calm because I ended up making really silly mistakes and despite that, he talked to me about what I did good as well as where I needed to improve. He was really direct in his feedback on where to improve which I really appreciated and took to heart so thank you! :)
If I had more time, I definitely would go back here to retest but unfortunately my permit expires before their next open date but I would recommend this place if you're in the area!”

“Well I got to say I used D&D moving and Storage, I called they came and gave me estimate once I agreed they packed the whole house and it was last minute, emergency because I didn't have no where to go, but they took the time and bubble wrapped expensive stuff and everything and I kept my stuff there probably a year before I bought my house and that was 1995, they did an amazing job and as for my stuff still the same as when I put it in there.”

“John and his company have helped me with many light moving jobs inside my property - moving refrigerators or furniture between floors. They have also hauled away junk for a reasonable price as well as helped with some major demo work. The team pulled up a vinyl floor to help expose hardwoods on my entire 2nd floor. I'm always flexible regarding time, not on a tight schedule. They show up, work hard, and help with any small jobs I have. I so appreciate having the help and someone to call when I need heavy lifting. Thank you!”

“Our experience with Grosse Pointe Moving was outstanding in all aspects. The quoting process went very well with Zak and Kyle and the video conferencing was extremely helpful. The day of the move started out rainy but our crew arrived on time, to Canton, MI. They were efficient and careful with all our furniture and nothing was damaged (my grandma's cedar chest came through in perfect condition, and there wasn't a mark on any of the walls). We couldn't have asked for more from Nick and the crew and we were extremely happy at the end of the day. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and our real estate agent.
