He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and his customer service was truly top-notch. It's always great when someone is so helpful and genuinely friendly. I'm definitely planning on going back, and I wholeheartedly recommend Hookahville, especially if you get the chance to be assisted by Mahmoud! You won't be disappointed.”

“The guy who was working on 4-5-25 in the Southgate location is the most amazing person ever! The deals here are amazing- way cheaper than other places. And he was so helpful! We purchased the wrong sized product and he was more than happy to exchange it for the right product we needed and it was an even better one than we originally bought and for the same price we paid for the wrong one. I highly highly recommend this place to everyone!!”

“I stopped in last night and just have to say how much I appreciated my experience. The store was clean and well organized, which already made it feel welcoming. Madison helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful. I walked in feeling a little down, and without even trying, her personality completely lifted my mood. She was helpful, funny, and genuinely sweet. It wasn’t forced — it was just who she is. I left feeling so much better than when I walked in. Thank you for having someone like her on your team.”
