“I don't usually write reviews cuz I feel like nobody is going to read it. But i had to for this....I had a few, sterling silver chain with broken clasps that I wanted to get fixed. First I went to Medawar in Frandor...I got a quote and QUICKLY left! Just for 1 clasp, they wanted to charge me for what all 3 cost at Jewelry Doctor in Frandor cherged me! Plus, they even gave all 3 chains free cleanings without even asking for it! JD is ahere illbe going from now on for any of my jewelry needs.”

His work is excellent. His pricing is excellent. He fixes watches and is G.I.A. certified. I have now taken several watches to include large Diamond jewelry and expensive watches and have been extremely pleased with the service and jewelry he literally created from scratch for me to my exact specifications. “18 years ago my husband purchased my wedding set from JB Robinson (now owned by Kay). We were married 2 years later and after 16 years of wearing my wedding band almost constantly, the lip holding the diamonds broke.I took the ring to the Okemos Kay Jewelers and the salesman (a former JBR employee) was easily able to pull up the original purchase information (18 year old information from a company that doesn't exist anymore?!?!). He took pictures and packaged my ring and sent it out for repair free of charge.I was so impressed with the ease of this transaction, and the fact that he was willing and able to do the repair at no cost was completely beyond my expectation. Additionally, Kay sends me emailed updates on the progress of my ring and the repair itself should only take a few short weeks to complete.I was devastated when my ring broke and I feel naked without it but I am thankful that my husband purchased from a company that cares for it's customers and keeps their employees happy. I don't wear much jewelry but every purchase I make will be from this company if this is how they conduct business.”
“I need you to understand that I have spent enough money on Pandora to buy a couple cars. The staff here is just great. I can call and ask about a charm and they will have it wrapped and bagged for me to just walk in pay and walk out. Then if I come in and want to look at a bunch of charms to decide they take all the time needed. My wife loves Pandora. These ladies make it easy to put a smile on her face.”

“I shopped around locally and online for about a month before going with a diamond and setting from Wheat. The diamond was priced below an equivalent locally or online and they walked me through the process to custom design the setting. The money that I saved on the diamond covered the little increase in price for the custom setting. It feels good to know that my partner will be the only one that will have a ring that looks like the one I will give her. Big thanks to Kevin for his patience with me while I shopped around and worked on the design on his design station.”
