“I went in just to look around at Rim Kingz. The young man at the front desk (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) was so nice and helpful. All i knew was that I eventually wanted rims. Nonetheless, he was so welcoming, eager to help, and shared his knowledge that I ended up buying new tires, 22” rims, and setting up an appointment. That same young man was in there at the shop by himself this morning (Tuesday 04/02/24). He was answering calls, installing my rims, and helping customers as they came! He deserves recognition! Aside from all he was handling on his own he maintained a very nice and friendly atmosphere. I definitely recommend Rim Kingz!!! They have amazing prices, and fast service!”

“I went to Eaton Rapids at Rapids Auto to have the senors I purchased checked to see if they were the correct frequency for the computer to identify and they said they were. They installed all 4 and found out after the complete installation they were the wrong frequency. I went to Cline Tire they informed me of the correct frequency so I purchased them to have installed without a problem. Great place good honest people.”
“I called them to ask about replacing my rear view mirror after my father recommended them to me, and they couldn't have been more helpful. They were up front about what is involved in replacing the mirror, and the cost, and even let me know about a body shop that might be a more appropriate choice given what I needed done. I really appreciate that sort of honesty and kindness, and if I ever need to have my car fixed again I will definitely call them first.”

“We were passing through East Lansing from out of town. All of a sudden I started hearing a terrible noise from my right front suspension. After calling a few other repair shops with no luck being 4 pm on a Friday, I got a call back that muffler man was able to get me in before they closed that evening. It ended up being a minor repair, they got us in and out quickly and were honest & friendly in the process. Thanks Muffler Man!

After speaking with Barry and his team over the course of two weeks, I was able to make the best decision for my family with a brand new vehicle. There was no pushing at all from Barry. “Came here to exchange tires I ordered through the Walmart app. One of the tires in the original shipment was the wrong size. The auto center manager, Tara, was super nice and patient during the entire process. Auto technicians/mechanics also were helpful in loading the new tires to take home.”

Once the tires came in they were installed way faster than the time I was told. No issues with the tires or the install.”

“Hard to get a hold of of on the phone, but is a small shop with only one or two guys working. Said they had the tires for my car and just to swing by. They did have them and installed them right away, even checked the alignment but weren't pushy with any services. Much better tired than what I drove in with.”

“My truck pulled to the left after an alignment at Belle Tire. They said it was aligned right and there was nothing they could do. I brought it to AutoLab to center my steering wheel and fix the pull to the left. A tech named Dillon took the time and knowledge to align my truck correctly, center the steering and eliminate the pull. Instead of having to live with the problem as Belle Tire recommended, now it drives straight like it should. Highly recommend the expert friendly care from this repair facility.”

“I needed air in my tire early winter and was unable to remove the valve stem cap - I went to the desk inside and they immediately resolved my tire pressure issues (checked pressure on each tire and brought up to code) at no charge. Yesterday I had another tire pressure alert and went to the desk to check tires - they came out immediately add discovered I needed a plug as one tire had virtually no air. They offered to repair three tire immediately! They removed a bolt that was over 2" long and completed the repair - I was home within 1 1/2 hours. Amazing experiences at the Okemos Belle Tire over the last 10 years - they have won my forever business!”

“While we were heading home we noticed a screw in our tire and were driving all around looking for somewhere opened on a Sunday at 4:30pm. When we pulled in and went inside to say what happened Terry immediately came outside, got on the ground to look at what was going on, and took care of our us. We were in and out in 15 minutes and can head home safe and sound now.So incredibly thankful and cannot recommend this place enough!”
