“Updated review: still 5 stars!Several years ago I outgrew my Aliner & decided to upgrade to a travel trailer. I went back to Midland RV & traded the old Aliner in for a 2019 Cabin Cruiser. This is my up-north cabin on wheels. Fast-forward to today. After 4+ years of full-time, I decided to upgrade the roof. I went back to Midland RV & talked to Joy about the changes I wanted - like heavier deck boards & eliminating as many nonessential holes as I could - no antennas or skylights & even eliminated the AC. As a single, I'd rather use a stand-alone AC vented through a window. It's more efficient, quieter & does a much better job than the roof top. The job is now complete & I'm really happy with the completed project****************I bought my Aliner Classic through Midland RV. Joy was my salesperson. As I knew I would be spending a lot of time in the camper, I special ordered it. Joy was my sales person & did a great job. I was in MN at the time & when my Aliner came in, Midland RV stored it for me until I completed my move to MI. I've now had my Aliner for 2+ years & am surprised at how few problems I've had. I have dealt with the service guys at MRV & have been highly satisfied with their response & quality repairs. This is a very good dealership.”

“Wonderful folks here. Called them at 4:45pm last Monday, my truck had broken down and I needed a rental. Todd came and picked me up, they gave me a good vehicle... stayed late to make sure I was all set. Needed an extension on my rental term and took care of it over the phone, no hassle. I bought a phone holder for my bike no less from a different location that rushed me out the door and then locked it. Because it was close to closing upon entering. Upon entering this store in midland i was immediately asked how can I help you, by the next employee available, her name was Melissa, who turned out to be the store manager. She not only made my other store purchase work And she did it with a smile and didn't even ask for the difference of price back, even though it was a superior product. She just wanted to make it right seeing how I was frustrated from the purchase that wasn't how shall we say It was the right one, but it was a defect upon assembly over in china.
