Had Kevin put a new torque converter in my 2013 Outback, shuddering issue is completely gone and car drives great again. Charged me very fair labor prices and allowed me to source my own replacement TC. Will be going to Quality for any future transmission needs!

Gave a price that beat others on the phone, scheduled and got me in within a week, the truck has quite a bit done and was done before noon (transmission fluid/filter change, front and rear diff fluid change and transfer case fluid change). Great price and very helpful. I will 100% be going back.
