“To my acknowledgment Marshalls is a store that offers name brand and high quality merchandise at a lower price, due to the fact that It might have been a defective item that couldn't or could not be sold so it's there in the store severely discounted at a lower price which is awesome! Most of the time the human eye cannot even notice the difference in the item with any defects to it! Always great deals at Marshalls!”

“I've worked here and I shop here. I understand the behind the scenes work. Chasity (the store manager) takes pride in her store. The store is always clean, workers are almost always on top of spills. I would like to see the ability to call code spark more often (calling available workers to the registers for help). But I do understand staffing is sometimes an issue with this. The remodel looks great. Most of the staff is quite friendly (you always get a few who are great at what they do but maybe don't always know the best way to handle customers). I wish that each department could always have someone working in it though. It's tough when you have to call to other departments to help in another area they dont specialize in. Though it's great that employees are cross trained too. I wish I could have had the opportunity to further my career here. That's on me though and where my life was at at the time. I did work a short time in the saginaw store for help during their remodel. Comparing employees, I would say that saginaw is much more friendly and welcoming but midland is more put together and planned out. Wish this could balance together better. Remodel looks great though, super happy with how it's turned out.”

The average staff tenure is more than 5 years (you can read their name tags), you can have the pharmacy text you when your script is ready. When you go to a restaurant, just because you see empty tables does not mean they are not busy. This pharmacy is busy, but they are also a place of excellence. Accuracy is more important than speed. Kenda, Crystal, Jillian, Alex, Aaron, Tammy, Karen, Ashley and Sherry couldn’t be any more compassionate. That’s just who they are - unselfish professionals. Enjoy your experience!”
